Abstract:
To provide an information processing device, a program, and a system that generate a segment of a terminal owned by a user who has watched a TV program.SOLUTION: In an advertising system, an information processing device acquires terminal information in which a terminal ID indicating a terminal owned by a user and an IP address of the terminal are associated with each other, acquires a viewing log in which a TV ID indicating a television receiver, an IP address of the television receiver, and program information indicating a television program displayed by the television receiver are associated with each other, sets the television program, and generates a segment of the terminal owned by the user who has watched the set television program on the basis of the terminal information and the viewing log.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
