Abstract:
To provide an optical element adjustment mechanism with which it is possible to stably support an optical element holder and obtain good linearity at angle position adjustment time.SOLUTION: An optical element adjustment mechanism 60 comprises: a substantially cylindrical optical element holder 10 for holding an optical element 4 and capable of rotating; a housing 20 for supporting the cylindrical face of the optical element holder with two inclined grooves 21; urging means 17 for pressing down the optical element holder to the housing; and a grip part 16 for receiving a force from an adjustment jig 30 in order to rotate the optical element holder. When a virtual plane 40 existing at equal distance from two support points 18a, 18b in the inclined grooves which are in contact with the optical element holder is assumed, an urging force F by the urging means 17 is applied to the optical element holder along the virtual plane 40, and the grip part 16 is located on the virtual plane 40 in the rotation adjustment start state of the optical element holder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
