Abstract:
To provide a power supply system capable of appropriately determining the presence/absence of a failure in a contactor.SOLUTION: A power supply system 1 comprises: first power lines 21p and 21n to which a first battery B1 is connected; second power lines 31p and 31n to which a second battery B2 is connected; a voltage converter 5 which converts a voltage; a power converter 43 which converts power; a management ECU 71 and a converter ECU 73 which operate the voltage converter 5; a smoothing capacitor which is connected to the first power lines 21p and 21n; and a motor ECU 72 which executes system stop processing to determine the presence/absence of failures in contactors 22m, 22s, 32m and 32s based on a change in a voltage of the smoothing capacitor when stopping the system. The management ECU 71 and the converter ECU 73 operate the voltage converter 5 so as to maintain a state where a static voltage of the first battery B1 is higher than a static voltage of the second battery B2 by a determinative potential difference or more during system operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
