Abstract:
To take a quick action against external stimuli that a device such as a pet robot is given from the surroundings while reducing processing load.SOLUTION: A device controller includes: a motor drive part 15 for motor operating and a display drive part 16 for LCD; a microphone 11 inputting external voice; a codec part 12 converting output of the microphone 11 into data and outputting it; a system CPU 13 outputting an instruction signal of an operation content corresponding to voice data outputted by the codec part 12; and a CPU 14 for the device controlling operation of respective motors by the motor drive part 15 and display contents by the display drive part 16 on the basis of the instruction signal outputted by the system CPU 13. When volume value in voice data outputted by the codec part 12 is over threshold, the CPU 14 for the device controls operation of the respective motors by the motor drive part 15 and display contents by the display drive part 16 on the basis of an interruption signal directly outputted by the codec part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
