Abstract:
To provide an abnormality detection apparatus for a pressure intensifier, an abnormality detection method therefor, and an abnormality detection program therefor which can correctly detect abnormality of a pressure intensifier.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection apparatus 10 has an acquiring unit 31 for acquiring at least one of pressure and a flow at a downstream of a pressure intensifier for intensifying pressure of fluid supplied form an upstream to supply it to a downstream, and an abnormality detection unit 32 for detecting abnormality of the pressure intensifier based on relationship between two index values selected from an index value of magnitude of the pressure, an index value of fluctuation of the pressure, and an index value of magnitude of the flow acquired by the acquiring unit, and an index value of fluctuation of the flow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
