Abstract:
To provide a resin composition for injection molding or compression molding using an ethylenic ionomer which is excellent in impact strength, heat resistance, long-term durability and the like.SOLUTION: A resin composition for injection molding or compression molding contains an ionomer in which at least a part of a carboxyl group and/or a dicarboxylic acid anhydride group in a copolymer containing a structural unit (A) derived from ethylene and/or α-olefin having 3-20 carbon atoms and a structural unit (B) derived from a monomer having a carboxyl group and/or a dicarboxylic acid anhydride group as essential structural units is converted into a metal-containing carboxylate containing at least one metal ion selected from Group I, II or XII in the periodic table, and a phase angle δ at an absolute value G*=0.1 MPa of complex modulus of elasticity measured by a rotary type rheometer is 50-75 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: None
