Abstract:
To prevent the occurrence of manufacturing failure.SOLUTION: A first surface conductor layer and a second surface conductor layer are formed by applying a conductor material onto a heater substrate and calcining the material; a first surface heating element layer and a second surface heating element layer are formed by applying a heating element material onto the heater substrate and calcining the material; a first surface glass layer and a second surface glass layer are formed by applying a glass material onto the heater substrate and calcining the material. A first step (step S1) of applying the first surface conductor layer on a first surface, a second step (step S2) of applying the second surface conductor layer on a second surface after the execution of the first step, and a third step (step S2) of calcining the second surface conductor layer after the execution of the second step can be executed. At least the third step is executed in a state where a portion of the heater substrate not in contact with the first surface conductor layer and the first surface conductor layer is supported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
