To provide a process (method) for purification of a therapeutic protein including a Protein A chromatography step.SOLUTION: A solution comprising CaCl2 as a wash solution is used for the Protein A chromatography medium for enhancing the removal of lipase in a Protein A chromatography step of a purification process for a therapeutic protein.
