Abstract:
To provide a twisted union yarn capable of obtaining a woven or knitted fabric having a texture of cool feeling and excellent tense and stiff feelings and to provide a woven or knitted fabric using the same.SOLUTION: A twisted union yarn comprises uncrimped polyester monofilaments and cellulosic filaments twisted together and a woven or knitted fabric comprises twisted union yarns and a blending ratio of the twisted union yarns is 40 to 100 mass%. Preferably, a twist coefficient is 5000 to 15000, the cellulosic filaments are acetate, rayon or cupra, the uncrimped polyester monofilaments have a fineness of 10 to 35dtex, and the cellulosic filaments have a single fiber fineness of 0.8 to 7.0dtex.SELECTED DRAWING: None
