To provide flooring material excellent in nonslip performance.SOLUTION: A flooring material 1 is provided with a base material 3 having a surface 3A. On the surface 3A, a water-repellent area 5 and a hydrophilic area 7 are arranged. The hydrophilic area 7 is formed with a plurality of hydrophilic area parts 7A.
