Abstract:
To facilitate control for preventing protrusions from breaking to cause air to leak out in heat-fusing of the liner film onto the top side of the protrusion in a three-layered bubble sheet with a liner film laminated on the top side of a protrusion formed on the cap film.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an air-bubble sheet comprises: placing a resin film 2f made of a resin material containing two or more resin components with different melting points in close contact with an outer surface of a forming roll 50 provided with many suction cavities 51, and vacuum-forming hollow protrusions 2a to form a cap film; then, laminating a back film 3 on an opening side of each protrusion 2a to seal air inside each protrusion 2a; and then, supplying a liner film 4 made of the same resin as the low-melting-point component used for the resin material to form the cap film 2 or a resin of the same type with a lower melting point than said low-melting-point component, to the top side of the protrusions 2a in a molten state so as to integrally laminate them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
