Abstract:
To provide a priority determination device and computer program capable of more stable priority determination by reducing artificial evaluation and suppressing fluctuations in priority to handle road abnormalities.SOLUTION: A server device 3 acquires the number of days from discovery of a road abnormality to the start of repair and multiple parameters (traffic volume, pothole diameter, etc.) related to the road abnormality for multiple road abnormalities (potholes, etc.) that have been handled in the past which are stored in a countermeasure record DB13 (S11). The server device 3 executes multiple regression analysis with the number of days from discovery to the start of repair as an objective variable and multiple parameters as explanatory variables, and calculates a degree of effect for each of the plurality of parameters (S13).
