Abstract:
To provide a multistage pulverizing device for cement production.SOLUTION: A multistage pulverizing device includes a main body, a raw material supply port is provided inside an upper end surface of the main body, a pulverizing device is installed so as to communicate on a lower side of the raw material supply port, the pulverizing device performs primary pulverization of a raw material entered from the raw material supply port, a primary raw material hopper is installed so as to communicate on a lower side of the pulverizing device, and a sorting device is installed on a lower side of the primary raw material hopper. The present invention utilizes a multistage pulverizing device and greatly improves pulverization accuracy, installed reflux equipment pulverizes the raw material has failed sorting, eliminates the raw material and reduces waste and pollution. This multistage pulverizing device can automatically operate, and therefore, does not require manual operation and omits labor force. Further, a mechanism of the present invention is installed along a vertical direction, and therefore, reduces energy consumption, and is highly efficient and eco-friendly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
