Abstract:
To provide a carbonization apparatus that is lightweight, inexpensive to manufacture, and has high thermal efficiency.SOLUTION: The carbonization apparatus provided with a charge port for charging a treatment target 9 containing an organic substance at a rear part and a discharge port for discharging the treatment target 9 at a front part comprises: a carbonization gas pipe 4 that supplies a carbonization gas generated in a cylinder body 3 by heat treatment from the cylinder body to a lower part of a carbonization furnace A; a secondary combustion chamber 2 provided in the lower part of the carbonization furnace A and burns the supplied carbonization gas together with intake air; and an opening part 8 that allows a secondary combustion gas generated in the secondary combustion chamber 2 to flow from the lower part to an upper part of the carbonization furnace A, wherein the cylindrical cylinder body 3 arranged in the carbonization furnace A is tilted and rotated so that height of the rear part is higher than the height of the front part, and the treatment target 9 is heat-treated to be carbonized, a horizontal partition wall 5 is provided to partition the upper part and the lower part from the rear part to the front part, and the cylindrical cylinder body 3 is arranged so as to penetrate the upper part of the carbonization furnace A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
