Abstract:
To provide a load drive device that can reduce an element area.SOLUTION: A load drive device 10 includes a MOSFET 20 that supplies power from a power source to a load 5 when turned on, a drive circuit 30 that outputs a drive voltage to a gate of the MOSFET 20 and is configured to switch a value of the drive voltage, and a detection circuit 40 that detects a drive state of the load 5. The drive circuit 30 increases the drive voltage above a low load state, which is below a predetermined state when the drive state of the load 5 detected by the detection circuit 40 is a high load state, which is higher than the predetermined state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
