To provide highly accurate work support that responds to on-site conditions.SOLUTION: The work support device 10 includes a measurement unit 23 and an irradiation control unit 32F. The measurement unit 23 measures the in-aisle structure of an aisle where the user can work inside. The irradiation control unit 32F controls an irradiation unit 24 to apply light indicating the work area to the corrected work position where the work position information set based on a predetermined in-aisle design structure is corrected using the measurement results of the measurement unit 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
