Abstract:
To improve the accuracy in determining similarity between areas.SOLUTION: A specification device relating to the present application includes an acquisition unit and a specification unit. The acquisition unit acquires information on a network associated with individual areas. The specification unit specifies areas other than an object area being a determination object, in which information on the network is similar to that in the object area. Further, the acquisition unit acquires information showing behaviors on the network of a user, which are associated with the individual areas.
