Abstract:
To provide a blood purification device capable of executing water removal and solute removal at an appropriate blood concentration in a blood purifier.SOLUTION: A blood purification device 100A includes: a blood purifier 120; a vein side line 112 connected to a downstream side of the blood purifier 120; displacement liquid injection means 150A including a displacement liquid line 151A connected to the vein side line 112; a blood monitor 160 for measuring a concentration of the blood derived from the blood purifier 120; and a control unit 140. The control unit 140 injects the displacement liquid in the vein side line 112 by the displacement liquid injection means 150A, executes water removal in an amount equivalent to an amount of the injected displacement liquid in the blood purifier 120, and controls a displacement liquid injection speed by the displacement liquid injection means 150A and a water removal speed in the blood purifier 120 on the basis of the concentration of the blood measured by the blood monitor 160.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
