Abstract:
To provide a pile construction method and a retaining member for pile construction capable of precisely and smoothly pushing in a core member projected upward from an excavation hole in a vertical downward direction.SOLUTION: A pile construction method comprises the steps of; excavating an excavation hole 10 with a predetermined depth in the ground G; forming a column-like body made of soil cement 15 including air foam created with a foaming agent by agitating and mixing cement milk 13 and excavated soil 14 produced through the excavating step as injecting the cement milk in the excavating hole 10 in which a foaming agent has been added; inserting a long core member 16 in the excavation hole 10 by its own weight before solidification of the soil cement 15; and pushing-in the core member 16 in the excavation hole 10 by holding with a holding member 18 an upper end of the core member 16 in a state of projecting upward from the excavating hole 10 not to make an axis center of the core member 16 inclined from a vertical direction and moving the holding member 18 downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
