To provide an automatic response system and an automatic response program that can announce multiple types of answers to one inquiry.SOLUTION: An automatic response system includes an answer inference unit that uses a learning model that infers a group of Qs & As corresponding to an inquiry in a ranking form among a plurality of Qs & As by being given a feature amount for each combination of the inquiry and each of the plurality of Qs & As (S127).
