Abstract:
To provide a communication system, a program, an information processing apparatus, and a method to make setting by a user easier when the information processing apparatus and communication equipment are to be connected to the same wireless network.SOLUTION: A communication system includes a communication apparatus and information processing apparatuses (PC 101, a printer 103, a smartphone 104). An information processing apparatus: takes a picture of a first image displayed in a display of other information processing apparatus connected to a target access point 102; acquires first information to be used to establish a connection to the access point and second information on the communication apparatus to have connected to the access point; establishes a wireless connection with the communication apparatus using the acquired second information; and sends the first information to the communication apparatus. The communication apparatus receives the first information from the information processing apparatus and uses the received first information to attempt to establish a connection to the access point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
