Abstract:
To provide a seal stamp pad which can realize a unique seal impression colored with gradation, and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: A seal stamp pad has a stamp pad 1, a container 2 which stores the stamp pad 1, and a lid body 3 which covers the container 2. In the seal stamp pad, ink impregnation regions of two or more colors, such that inks of different colors are impregnated in different regions, are formed on the stamp pad 1, and a gradation region, in which a color tone continuously changes, is formed at a boundary between adjacent ink impregnation regions. Further, a method for manufacturing the seal stamp pad comprises: a process in which two or more kinds of inks with different colors, which comprise at least a solvent and a coloring agent, are impregnated in different regions of the stamp pad to form ink impregnation regions of two or more kinds; a process in which the impregnated inks are moved by capillary phenomenon to form a gradation region, in which the color tone continuously changes, at a boundary between adjacent ink impregnation regions; and a process in which the solvent of the inks is evaporated to form ink having high viscosity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
