Abstract:
To provide a thermally conductive filler capable of exhibiting high thermal conductivity while reducing the specific gravity and to provide a thermally conductive composite material and a wire harness containing such a thermally conductive filler and a method for producing a thermally conductive filler capable of producing such a thermally conductive filler.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermally conductive filler which comprises an organic part containing an organic polymer and an inorganic layer containing an inorganic substance which covers a surface of the organic part and becomes a particle form. In addition, there is provided a thermally conductive composite material comprising the thermally conductive filler and a matrix material in which the thermally conductive filler is dispersed in the matrix material.
