Abstract:
To provide a processed homogenate composition derived from a heterogeneous tissue sample comprising substantially homogeneously distributed cellular structures.SOLUTION: An in vitro method of preparing a representative sample for analysis is provided, comprising a) obtaining a surgical resection tissue sample from at least one subject, and b) homogenizing the surgical resection tissue sample to obtain a homogenized sample. The surgical resection tissue sample includes one or more separate pieces of tissue comprising at least a portion of one or more primary solid tumor tissue masses resected from a subject, and/or at least a portion of one or more lymph nodes resected from the subject, in order to obtain the surgical resection sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
