Abstract:
To improve positioning accuracy of a core and a ring magnet and simplify a structure to achieve a small size and a light weight.SOLUTION: A first base body 21, a second base body 25 and a table part 40 which form a rotor assembly jig 10 comprise: a support projection 45 which is inserted into a fitting hole of a core to support the core from inside in the radial direction; a plurality of support claws 30 which move the support projection 45 toward the center in the radial direction to support a ring magnet from outside in the radial direction; and a slide mechanism 26 and a pinion 27 which move the plurality of support claws 30. The core is accurately positioned regardless of a movable part against the table part 40, and what is necessary is only to provide the support claws 30 for positioning the ring magnet between the first base body 21 and the table part 40. The deterioration of the concentricity of the core and the ring magnet is suppressed by reducing the movable part, and a structure is simplified to miniaturize the rotor assembly jig 10 and reduce the weight thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
