Abstract:
To reduce variation in discharge characteristics.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge head comprises: a nozzle plate 10 having a plurality of nozzles 11 which discharges liquid; a flow path plate 20 forming a plurality of pressure chambers 21 communicating with the plurality of nozzles 11; a common flow path member 50 forming a common flow path 51 communicating with the plurality of pressure chambers 21; and a vibration plate member 30 forming a deformable damper region 61 on a portion of a wall surface of the common flow path 51. The flow path plate 20 and the common flow path member 50 are arranged across the vibration plate member 30, and the flow path plate 21 is provided with an air chamber 62 which the damper region 61 faces. The flow path plate 20 has a bridging part 63 dividing the air chamber 62 partially in a nozzle arrangement direction, and the bridging part 63 is not in contact with the vibration plate member 30 and the nozzle plate 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
