Abstract:
To provide an electronic control device capable of efficiently radiating internal heat of a resin case to the outside.SOLUTION: An electronic control device 10 includes: a circuit board 20 mounted with a connector 11 on one surface 21; a resin case 30 housing the circuit board 20; and a heat sink 40. An internal surface 40a of the heat sink 40 faces an opposite surface 22 of the circuit board 20.
