Abstract:
To provide a technique for enhancing connection reliability of a connection line for electrically connecting circuit boards.SOLUTION: An electronic control device (10) includes: a plurality of circuit boards (20 and 30) so that card edge terminals (21 and 31) thereof face in the same direction and board faces (23 and 32) thereof face each other; terminals (25 and 35) for electrically connecting the plurality of circuit boards (20 and 30); a connection line (11) for electrically connecting the terminals (25 and 35); electronic components (41-48); and a resin sealing member (12) for integrally sealing the connection line (11), the terminals (25 and 35) and the plurality of circuit boards (20 and 30). On edges (22a and 33a) of the circuit boards (20 and 30), slits (26 and 36) extending toward the terminals (25 and 35) are formed. A part of the connection line (11) is positioned in the slits (26 and 36).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
