Abstract:
To provide an elevator control method and system for robot boarding.SOLUTION: There is provided an elevator control method for detecting that a robot 100 for providing services on the floor inside a building is boarding in an elevator moving between the floors in the building, and controlling an elevator 110 so that the robot 100 travels to the floor to provide the services, in which at least one of an internal user interface of the elevator 110 and an external user interface of the elevator is constituted to indicate whether the robot 100 is using the elevator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
