To provide a system that gives an incentive for enriching a user's life to the provision of electric power by the user.SOLUTION: Provided is an information processing device comprising: an electric power information acquisition unit for acquiring electric power information that includes information indicating the quantity of electric power provided by a user or the quantity of electric power scheduled to be provided by the user and information of an electric power source indicating the generation source of electric power; a demand response information acquisition unit for acquiring demand response information; a user information acquisition unit for acquiring the user information of the user; and a point update unit for updating, on the basis of the electric power information, demand response information and user information, a point that corresponds to the user and with which a seat ticket is purchasable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
