Abstract:
To provide an information processor, a power provision-reception system, a method for controlling an information processor, and a program that can suppress generation of failures in an electronic apparatus on a power sink side when an abnormality is generated in power in a power source device and power supply is stopped.SOLUTION: A CPU 12 in a printer 1 sends warning information to an external apparatus 61 via a universal serial bus (USB) connection part 19 (S13, S21) when at least one detected value of a first voltage detection circuit 34, a second voltage detection circuit 35, and an AC supply monitoring circuit 36 shows an abnormal value (S11: YES) while power is being supplied to an external apparatus 61 via the USB connection part 19. An external apparatus 61 of a power sink executes stop of an external storage device 65 before supply of power is stopped on the basis of reception of the warning information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
