Abstract:
To support stable measurement of hardness of a biological tissue.SOLUTION: An analyzer according to an embodiment comprises a detection unit, a calculation unit, and an output control unit. The detection unit analyzes scan data collected via transmission of first ultrasound for generating a shear wave and transmission/reception of second ultrasound for observing the shear wave to detect movement of a tissue at each of a plurality of positions in an analyte. On the basis of the movement of the tissue, the calculation unit calculates an index value with respect to waveform information representing time series change of the movement of the tissue at each of the plurality of positions.
