Abstract:
To provide a prediction system and a prediction method that allow prediction of a discharge result of a liquid jet head, at a stage preceding discharge inspection.SOLUTION: A prediction system according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is a system that predicts a discharge result per prediction nozzle of a prediction liquid jet head for jetting droplets from a plurality of prediction nozzles. The prediction system includes an external appearance image acquisition part and a prediction data acquisition part. The external appearance image acquisition part acquires a prediction external appearance image containing a peripheral section of the prediction nozzle, corresponding to a respective prediction nozzle. The prediction data acquisition part acquires prediction data of a discharge result of the prediction liquid jet head, from a learning model, by inputting the prediction external appearance image to the learning model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
