Abstract:
To visualize a state of a ball screw so as to be understood easily.SOLUTION: A machine tool includes: a detection part for detecting at least one detection value from among vibration during warming-up operation, sound, current applied so as to drive a ball screw, heat, light, and a power value; a feature amount extraction part for extracting a first feature amount and a second feature amount from a detection value detected by the detection part; and a display part for displaying points in which detection values are plotted and at least two boundary lines disposed in a contour line shape for expressing a possibility of occurrence of abnormality in the ball screw on a plane with a numerical value pertaining to the first feature amount as a first axis and a numerical value pertaining to the second feature amount as a second axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
