Abstract:
To provide a straightening device for a metal rod with a measuring function which does not require manual length measurement.SOLUTION: An outer shell 11 is included, an adjustment space 12 is arranged in the outer shell, and an inner wall below the adjustment space and an external space are arranged so that they are communicated by a rack slide rail 21, to which an adjustment component 101 is attached. By using a pawl 22, an active pawl 26, and an active contact block 28, it is possible to effectively prevent a straightening height from changing again after being adjusted by a worker. By using a vertical slider 37 and a horizontal slider 38, it is possible to determine whether or not a metal rod enters a recording space. By operating the subsequent measurement recording component, and using a hinge rod 44 and a contact rod 41, different recording parts are switched by the measurement recording component and the length of the straightened metal rod is measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
