Abstract:
To solve the problem that unburned combustible of solid fuel, such as waste or biomass, which is charged into a combustion facility, fluctuates as the type, components, calorific value, components, fixed carbon ratio, etc. of the solid fuel fluctuate, however, it is difficult to directly measure the unburned combustible of the solid fuel in real time.SOLUTION: A combustion facility comprises a furnace body that has a drying stage, a combustion stage, and a post-combustion stage arranged in a transport direction, and transports an object to be incinerated in the transport direction to define treatment spaces for drying, combustion and post-combustion, respectively. The combustion facility comprises: a temperature measurement unit that measures a temperature of the object to be incinerated near a burnout point, which is an end on a stage side in the transport direction of flame due to combustion; and a calculation unit that calculates a ratio of unburned combustible of the object to be incinerated after post-combustion, based on the temperature difference obtained by subtracting the measured temperature value from a preset reference temperature value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
