Abstract:
To provide a resin member that facilitates formation and maintenance of a shape and has high strength and a method for manufacturing the same, an exterior body for a wire harness using the resin member, and a wire harness with an exterior body.SOLUTION: The resin member 1 is composed of one plate material 2 that is composed of a plastically deformable resin material and has one or more bent parts. The bent part 3 has a solidified and modified part 4 whose shape is frozen by melting or dissolving and solidifying in the plastically deformed bent state. The resin material is preferably a foam resin. A notch groove 5 is preferably formed at a bent position where the bent part 3 is formed on the surface of the plate material 2. A thickness of the plate material 2 is preferably 0.5-5.0 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
