Abstract:
To provide a lens forming system that eliminates a coupling line of a lens, and a forming method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a lens forming system that comprises: a lens forming mold 1; a gas pressure control device 2; and a high-pressure gas generating device 3. The lens forming mold comprises: a first die plate; and a second die plate, in which a lens mold cavity is formed between the first die plate and the second die plate, and in the second die plate, a gas passage that communicates with the lens mold cavity is provided, and an output side of the high-pressure gas generating device communicates with the gas passage via the gas pressure control device. The present invention applies pressure to a flow leading edge of a molten material in an opposite direction by controlling a change of gas pressure in the lens mold cavity to increase the pressure of the flow leading edge of the molten material in the molding process, and realizes the purpose of suppressing a spouting phenomenon of the molten material on upper and lower sides, and changing a flow direction of the molten material, thereby changing the welding angle of the coupling line to eliminate the coupling line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
