To disclose a paper punching and bookbinding device.SOLUTION: A paper punching and bookbinding device comprises a body, in which an adjustable ring is fixedly attached at four corners of a bottom of the body, a paper input space opening in front is provided on a front surface of the body, one compression rod is provided on an upper wall of the paper input space to be vertically slidable, the paper is pressed with the compression rod, an impact head is further provided on the upper wall of the paper input space to be vertically slidable, the paper is punched with the impact head, front/rear symmetrical sleeves are provided at a left part of the upper wall of the paper input space to be vertically slidable, a nail compression shaft is slidably provided in the sleeves, a nail is pressed with the nail compression shaft, a first power space and a second power space are provided at an upper part of the paper input space in the body, and a first power unit is provided in the first power space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
