To provide a vehicle management control method capable of effectively controlling management of an automatic driving vehicle, a vehicle management control device, a computer apparatus, a computer-readable storage medium and a computer program.SOLUTION: A vehicle management control method includes: a step 101 of acquiring current operating state information of each on-board component and current operating action information of a user transmitted by a first vehicle; a step 102 of determining a current running state score of the first vehicle based on the current operating state information of each on-board component of the first vehicle and current operating action information of the user; and a step 103 of generating a management strategy corresponding to the first vehicle based on the current running state score of the first vehicle. The vehicle management control method determines the running state of the vehicle based on the operating state of each on-board component and the operating action of the user and achieves timely and effective management of the vehicle based on the running state of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
