Abstract:
To securely hold a condensing lens such as a hemispherical lens, and condense light by the condensing lens.SOLUTION: A transparent substrate with a lens includes a sapphire substrate 3 that injects light emitted by a light emitting layer 31c on a first surface 3a and emits light from a second surface 3b located on the opposite side of the first surface 3a, a condensing lens that has a non-lens-shaped first surface 5a that injects light and a lens-shaped second surface 5b that emits light, and controls the emission angle of light emitted from the second surface 3b of the sapphire substrate 3 to emit light, and a bonding member 7 that is formed of an inorganic material and has a coefficient of thermal expansion matched to the coefficient of thermal expansion of the sapphire substrate 3 and the condensing lens and bonds the second surface 3b of the sapphire substrate 3 and the first surface 5a of the condensing lens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
