Abstract:
To provide a winding core that can form a conductive paste film, in which a portion that extends along the outer end face is longer than a portion extending along the inner end face, on both first and second flanges only by performing one immersion operation.SOLUTION: In a region on a bottom surface 7 side of an outer end face 10 of each of first and second flange portions 5 and 6, a slope surface 13 that inclines toward an inner end face 9 toward the bottom surface 7 is provided. In a dipping step, the bottom surfaces 7 of the flanges 5 and 6 are simultaneously pushed toward a conductive paste 23. At this time, on the inner end surface 9 side of the flange portions 5 and 6, only the conductive paste 23 gets wet in the pushing direction, but on the outer end surface 10 side with the slope surface 13, a ridge 25 of the conductive paste 23 is formed. As a result, a conductive paste film can be formed in which the portion extending along the outer end face 10 is longer than the portion extending along the inner end face 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
