To provide a ceiling embedded type upper water supply type humidifier.SOLUTION: A ceiling embedded type upper water supply type humidifier is equipped with a water tank 1 and atomizing means 2. The atomizing means is equipped with an atomizing chamber 21 communicated with the water tank through a valve 25, an attaching frame 22 provided in the atomizing chamber, an atomizing sheet 23 provided on the attaching frame, and a water level adjusting unit 24 being provided on an inside wall of the atomizing chamber and opening/closing the valve according to a depth of a water level in the atomizing chamber. The atomizing chamber is installed in the water tank. Water stored in both is independent, and the water level adjusting unit controls the valve so that both can be communicated with each other. When the humidifier is actuated, the depth of the water level can be kept constant above the atomizing sheet, and the atomizing sheet can be maintained in an optimal actuation state. Maximum atomizing efficiency is realized, loss of energy is avoided, the atomizing chamber is installed in the water tank to sufficiently use a space, a water capacity of a product with same volume is increased, and cost for packaging or transporting is effectively reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
