Abstract:
To provide a machine tool that can maintain high machining accuracy without increasing a cycle time.SOLUTION: The machine tool comprises: a slider to which a cutting tool that performs cutting of a work-piece is detachably attached; a driving mechanism that performs the cutting by moving the slider in accordance with a cutting indicator value; and a control device that predicts a correction value from cumulative cutting frequencies of the cutting tool and a temperature relating to the slider (a step S108) and controls the cutting by moving the driving mechanism on the basis of the predicted correction value (a step S114).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
