Abstract:
To provide a transparent multilayer dispersion composition which has effects of oil formulations, such as a treatment effect, a damage care effect, and a moisture- and gloss-imparting effect, while also having properties of aqueous formulations simultaneously, and thereby can solve problems such as stickiness and oily feeling specific to oils and further has a unique and beautiful appearance.SOLUTION: The transparent multilayer dispersion composition comprises two or more layers with different properties, where at least one of the two or more layers is an aqueous outer layer comprising an aqueous composition, and at least one other layer is an oily inner layer comprising an oily composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
