To provide a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet having excellent ink adhesion.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet having a base material and an image-receiving layer, in which a softening point temperature of the image-receiving layer is 40°C or higher and 140°C or lower, and a surface maximum height Rz of the image-receiving layer is 10 nm or more and 3,000 nm or less.
