To provide an automatic navigation simulation system and an operation system thereof.SOLUTION: An automatic navigation simulation system includes an environmental model construction system 100, a vessel model construction system 200, and a central processing system 300, the environmental model construction system constructs at least one environment model, the vessel model construction system constructs at least one vessel model, and after an integrated calculation module 340 of the central processing system integrates at least one environmental model and at least one vessel model, the vessel model is navigated in at least one environmental model based on at least one navigation parameter, and navigation state of the vessel model is displayed through a display module 360.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
