Abstract:
To provide an ejector device for a vertical injection molding machine, which is excellent in maintainability and occupies a relatively small space under a fixed plate.SOLUTION: An ejector device (1) includes: multiple guide shafts (4) provided on a back surface of a fixed plate (2); a support plate (5) fixed to tips of the guide shafts; an ejector plate (7) that slides along the guide shaft (4); a servo motor (10) provided on the support plate (5); and a ball screw mechanism (8). In the ball screw mechanism (8), a ball nut (14) is rotatably provided on the support plate (5), and a tip of a ball screw (15) is fixed to the ejector plate (7). The servo motor (10) is provided on the support plate (5) so that a rotating shaft (10a) faces downward, and a drive pulley (24) is provided. A large pulley (25) provided on the ball nut (14) and a timing belt (27) are hung around. The drive pulley (24) is open at a bottom and exposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
