Abstract:
To prevent a situation where even though water vapor partial pressure at controlled relative humidity has already arrived at water vapor partial pressure at set relative humidity, the arrival cannot be recognized from relative humidity displayed on a display section.SOLUTION: A humidity controller 1 includes: a temperature sensor 35; a humidity sensor 37; a humidity control section 42 performing control for adjusting humidity; and a humidity display change section 44 performing control for displaying relative humidity on a humidity display section 16b. The humidity display change section 44 includes: a first display mode of displaying detection relative humidity from the humidity sensor 37 on the humidity display section 16b; and a second display mode of displaying relative humidity obtained by using a humidity absolute value obtained by using a detection temperature and detection relative humidity and a set temperature on the humidity display section 16b when the detection temperature from the temperature sensor 35 is within a prescribed temperature range relative to the set temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
