Abstract:
To provide an air floating thin film coupling device and an air floating roller.SOLUTION: The air floating thin film coupling device is constituted of an air floating roller 10 capable of blowing an air flow having a specific angle applied to a base film having a three-dimensional obstacle. A positive pressure provided by the air flow can be used for filling a space generated by the three-dimensional obstacle. Accordingly, the base film is strongly connected to a bonding film to make it possible to overcome wrinkles and defects generated by the three-dimensional obstacle, and a problem of non-flatness of film bonding can be solved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
